Accommodation consists of one double en-suite room and one en-suite family room. The family room consists of a double and a single in adjoining room with shared facilities. Fully central heated. Open March 1st to December 1st.

Each double room contains:

• A television.

• Tea/coffee making facilities with fresh milk.

• A radio alarm with CD player.

• Full length mirror.

• Hair dryers.

• Ironing facilities are available on request.

• No smoking.

• Regrettably no pets.

• A large garden, with garden furniture and ample parking.

• Guests will be given a warm welcome with a pot of tea and cakes on arrival.

• Walkers and cyclists welcome, with secure sheds for boots and bikes etc.

• Children over 5 are welcome.

• Kite flying in the top field on a windy day (bring your own kite).

• Can walk in the fields among the sheep and lambs.

• Sheep shearing can be seen late May or early June.

• Arrival time 4.00pm - 6.00pm (Please let us know if you will be arriving outside these hours).

• Sun lounge and Patio with tables and chairs

• Barbecue on request

Come and enjoy our new addition, the sun lounge for visitors use, opening on to a paved patio with a table and very comfortable chairs, ideal for a quiet drink in the evening sunshine.

If the evenings prove to be a little cooler then step inside and enjoy the comfort of the indoor furniture but still with the same beautiful countryside views to enjoy.
